Use of Information
In general, PII submitted to IDMI.Net is used to provide services requested by the client who own the PII, respond to client inquiries, process transactions, facilitate requests for quotes, or to help improve the overall client experience.
IDMI.Net may use PII to provide clients with electronic newsletters or promotional e-mails, as well as informational and/or promotional communications about our products and services. However, clients may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail or replying with “unsubscribe” if no unsubscribe instructions are available. Please note that clients may still receive periodic communications regarding updates to legal notices applicable to their accounts after opting out.
Disclosure of Information
IDMI.Net will not sell PII, nor otherwise disclose it to third parties except in instances where (i) IDMI.Net enlists a trusted partner or vendor to work on some aspect of a client’s project and PII must be disclosed to accomplish the work; (ii) IDMI.Net has been specifically directed by the client to share that client’s PII with a specific third party or parties; (iii) IDMI.Net is ordered by a court of law to disclose records that include PII.

IDMI.Net employs recognized, industry-standard best practices to secure client PII. Safe protocols for communication and transferring data (such as HTTPS) are an integral part of our workflow. Our systems are monitored constantly for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.
Although IDMI.Net takes measures to safeguard client PII, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information. In the event of a data breach, IDMI.Net will notify suitable authorities as well as affected clients. We will undertake all reasonable measures to assist authorities and affected clients should any breaches occur.
Clients are responsible for the security of all login credentials (usernames, passwords, etc.) related to www.idmi.net, as well as websites and applications commissioned from IDMI.Net. We are not responsible for individual breaches caused by sharing, saving, or improperly storing login credentials.
Third-Party Tracking
